Our principal and staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome from our principal
"As a passionate supporter of public education, I write to you as the proud principal of Katoomba North Public School. Welcome to our school.
As you step inside the gates you will see we are a small school where every teacher knows all students regardless of their year. Students are at the centre of everything we do. Teachers take time to listen to students because everyone has the right to be heard.
When you see into a classroom you will view a place of learning. Staff ensure students work at their individual levels, because we believe everyone can learn and improve.
As you become part of our school community, you will find staff working together ensuring we have created the best possible environment for your child. We value and know the importance of working with you, as you are the expert about your child."
